IDR is seeking an Admin to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Rancho Mirage. This role involves providing administrative support within a healthcare setting, ensuring smooth office operations, and maintaining effective communication with staff and healthcare professionals. The position is ideal for someone with strong problem-solving skills and experience operating general office equipment.
Position Overview for the Admin:
- Support daily office functions and assist healthcare professionals and staff.
- Operate general office equipment, including computers, printers, scanners, and telephones.
- Develop and maintain physician relationships and coordinate communication.
- Recognize cross-functional relationships with hospital affiliations and other providers.
- Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare professionals, and staff to ensure accurate information exchange.
Requirements for the Admin:
- Ability to operate general office equipment (i.e., computer, printer, scanner, telephone, etc.)
- Ability to develop and maintain physician relationships; ability to recognize cross functional relationships with hospital affiliations, other physicians
- Ability to communicate with patients, healthcare professionals, and staff to ensure clear and accurate exchange of information
- Problem solving skills to identify issues and formulate effective solutions
- Written and verbal communication skills
