IDR is seeking an AI-Native Quality Engineer to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves advancing AI-driven testing workflows within an innovative organization focused on software quality assurance and automation technology. The position offers the chance to contribute to cutting-edge AI-native testing processes in a dynamic environment.
Position Overview for the AI-Native Quality Engineer:
• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of automated testing frameworks for enterprise software applications.
• Use AI tools and agents to generate test cases, automate testing activities, and enhance test coverage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business workflows into meaningful test scenarios.
• Review and validate AI-generated test scripts and results to ensure software quality and performance.
• Support the broader transition toward AI-native software delivery, sharing knowledge and best practices.
Requirements for the AI-Native Quality Engineer:
• Strong hands-on experience with automated software testing, including building and maintaining test suites.
• Practical experience with AI-assisted testing tools such as Claude Code, Copilot, or similar AI agents.
• Proficiency in test automation frameworks like Playwright, Selenium, or comparable tools.
• Adept in programming languages used for automation such as TypeScript, JavaScript, C#, Java, or Python.
• Ability to validate application functionality across multiple layers, including UI, API, and integration testing.
