IDR is seeking a Sr HRIS Analyst to join one of our top clients for a fully remote opportunity. This role involves supporting HRIS systems with reporting, analytics, and project support within a dynamic, healthcare-oriented environment. The position requires a blend of technical expertise and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
Position Overview for the Sr HRIS Analyst:
- Supporting day-to-day HRIS reporting and analytics requests.
- Developing and maintaining complex reports using UKG Pro People Analytics.
- Setting up automated reports, alerts, and event-triggered notifications.
- Assisting with UKG Pro Workforce Management configuration.
- Managing HRIS-related cases and requests through ServiceNow and providing ongoing support for HRIS initiatives or acquisition projects.
Requirements for the Sr HRIS Analyst:
- Highly proficient in Excel, including complex reporting and data analysis, with the ability to build and manage reports independently.
- Extensive experience with UKG Pro BI-People Analytics reporting and web imports.
- Knowledge of UKG Pro Workforce Management configuration.
- Experience creating multi-join reports, understanding of cardinality, burst reporting, and event studio alerts.
- Prior experience handling case management systems such as ServiceNow, with a focus on responding to reporting requests and case-based inquiries.
