IDR is seeking an Epic SER Analyst. The role involves building and maintaining provider records within Epic, triaging and resolving incidents and tickets during business hours, and communicating directly with stakeholders. This fully remote position in Eagan, Minnesota, combines hands-on work with technical collaboration and stakeholder engagement, utilizing Epic certification expertise and provider data management.
Position Overview for the Epic SER Analyst:
Build and maintain provider records in Epic SER, including Login Blueprints, SER Blueprints, and related workflows.
Triage and resolve incidents and tickets related to provider data during business hours.
Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to address data issues.
Troubleshoot complex provider data issues and understand data flow across Epic and related systems.
Document provider data workflows, changes, and issue resolutions for internal knowledge sharing.
Requirements for the Epic SER Analyst:
5+ years of experience working with Epic SER/Provider Records, including hands-on expertise with Login Blueprints and SER Blueprints.
Epic Provider Administration badge (required—no exceptions).
Epic Security certification (strongly desired).
Proficiency with Clarity/SQL (intermediate preferred).
Experience with external and referring provider addresses, organization records, and interface/integration knowledge (intermediate).
