IDR is seeking an experienced Applied AI Delivery Manager / Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise AI-powered products and platforms. This role partners across Product, Engineering, Security, Architecture, and Data teams—building delivery practices that enable rapid AI experimentation without sacrificing production quality, reliability, or operational readiness.
Responsibilities of the Program Manager:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI-powered products and platforms in a large enterprise environment
- Manage multiple projects/workstreams; drive timelines, dependencies, risks, and delivery outcomes
- Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Security, Architecture, and Data stakeholders
- Drive AI delivery practices such as model evaluation, prompt testing, observability, and performance monitoring
- Establish delivery frameworks that support rapid experimentation while ensuring production readiness and supportability
- Partner with engineering teams to prioritize AI capabilities based on feasibility, value, risk, and adoption
- Communicate status, risks, and decisions clearly to technical and business stakeholders
Requirements of the Program Manager:
- 6+ years of program/project management experience with end-to-end delivery ownership
- Proven experience delivering AI-powered products or platforms (not just supporting an AI project)
- Applied GenAI delivery experience, including comfort with GenAI tools and delivery workflows
- Experience with agentic AI concepts and real-world delivery considerations
- Strong understanding of AI engineering/quality practices: model evaluation, prompt testing, observability, monitoring
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and delivery leadership skills
- Strong operational mindset (production readiness, reliability, supportability)
