IDR is seeking a HR Advisor to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Boston, MA. This role offers a chance to work within a dynamic and customer-focused Human Resources team, supporting employee inquiries and HR processes. The organization is committed to providing excellent service and continuously improving HR operations.
Position Overview for the HR Advisor:
- Serve as the primary contact for employees, managers, and HR regarding benefits, policies, and HR programs.
- Provide exceptional customer service through telephone and email, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Support HR transactions related to employee lifecycle events, data changes, and policy clarifications.
- Maintain accurate employee records and assist with administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data and enhance self-service capabilities and operational efficiency.
Requirements for the HR Advisor:
- Experience with PeopleSoft and/or Workday.
- 3–7 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency with HR systems.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Analytical skills required to resolve problems of a routine to moderately complex nature, demonstrating effective communication, empathy, accuracy, and multi-tasking abilities. Bilingual communication skills a plus.
