Position Overview for the Marketing Specialist:
This role serves as a critical operational partner to the Cx Marketing organization, ensuring content is accurately reviewed, approved, scheduled, published, archived, and reported across key platforms. The role also supports brand marketing operations, budget and purchase order management, creative production, product logistics, competitive intelligence, and regulatory submission processes.

Required Skills for the Marketing Specialist:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, social media, brand marketing, influencer marketing, creative production
- Experience with social publishing platforms and content management workflows
- Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience with regulated content review and approval processes preferred
- Familiarity with Veeva/Vault, DAM systems, Coupa, and Notion preferred
