IDR is seeking a HRIS Project Manager to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Denver, Colorado. This role involves leading strategic HR and Talent Technology initiatives that support workforce transformation and business objectives across multiple functions and regions. The project management position focuses on complex, enterprise-wide programs requiring cross-functional coordination and strong stakeholder engagement.

Position Overview for the HRIS Project Manager:

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of high-priority HR and Talent Technology initiatives supporting enterprise workforce transformation.
• Manage complex projects involving multiple workstreams, stakeholder groups, systems, and business functions.
• Partner with business leaders to define project goals, success metrics, milestones, dependencies, and delivery plans.
• Drive project execution from initiation through stabilization and operational transition.
• Establish governance frameworks, reporting structures, and delivery standards to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements for the HRIS Project Manager:

• 5+ years of project or program management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven experience managing projects with executive visibility and enterprise-wide impact.
• Demonstrated success delivering strategic HR, workforce, or technology transformation programs.
• Experience working across multiple stakeholder groups and driving execution without direct authority.
• Experience managing competing priorities, dependencies, risks, and organizational change.
