IDR is seeking a *Remote* Project Manager II to join one of our top healthcare client. This role involves leading strategic initiatives within a healthcare technology program focused on hospital services. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of clinical and departmental projects to support standardizing nurse documentation and digital treatment information.
Position Overview for the Project Manager II:
• Lead, plan, and manage project objectives, timelines, and resources for the program.
• Oversee quality control and coordinate complex dependencies across workstreams such as clinical workflows and billing systems.
• Provide day-to-day direction and oversight to project teams, tracking progress and adjusting plans as needed.
• Ensure clear communication with stakeholders and proactively report on project status, risks, and issues.
• Develop strategies for risk mitigation and manage issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements for the Project Manager II:
• Minimum of 3-5 years of project management experience within clinical applications
• Proficiency in project management tools, including MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, and Teams.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong ability to create detailed work plans, map dependencies, and manage multiple workstreams.
• A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
