IDR is seeking a Audience Operations Manager to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Bolingbrook, IL. This role focuses on developing and executing audience targeting and activation strategies within the retail media and digital advertising industry, combining expertise in AdTech, data management, and operational leadership.

Position Overview for the Audience Operations Manager:

• Serve as the subject matter expert for audience targeting, segmentation, and activation strategy.
• Translate advertiser objectives and campaign goals into actionable audience recommendations using first-party data.
• Partner with sales and account management teams on audience strategies for client opportunities and campaign planning.
• Manage the end-to-end audience workflow, including requests, development, distribution, activation, and retirement.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to troubleshoot activation challenges and optimize audience performance.

Requirements for the Audience Operations Manager:

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in retail media, digital advertising, audience strategy, media activation, AdTech, data strategy, or a related field.
• Experience developing and executing audience strategies using first-party data.
• Strong understanding of audience segmentation, identity, syndication, activation, and digital media ecosystems.
• Experience working with audience management platforms, identity providers, CDPs, or other AdTech/MarTech solutions.
