IDR is seeking a Project Manager to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Warsaw, IN. This role involves managing the details of project plans within a manufacturing environment, ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals. The Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to lead multiple project phases from planning through go-live.
Position Overview for the Project Manager:
- Manage detailed project plans, oversee project execution, and coordinate with business leaders and project teams.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and monitor progress against milestones.
- Ensure governance, compliance, and adherence to PMO methodology.
- Track and report project performance, risks, and issues through dashboards and reports.
- Support change management activities and collaborate with various departments to meet organizational objectives.
Requirements for the Project Manager:
- Bachelor's Degree (Masters Degree, MBA preferred) in Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum four years of related experience in project management within manufacturing operations.
- Proficient with project management software and MS Office applications.
- Experience leading cross-functional, inter-site project teams with results-oriented performance.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory environments, preferably in medical device or similar industries.
