IDR is seeking a Office Manager to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves overseeing administrative functions within a healthcare setting, ensuring smooth operations across multiple clinic locations. The organization specializes in healthcare services and is committed to providing excellent patient care through efficient administrative management.
Position Overview for the Office Manager:
- Manage day-to-day operations of healthcare clinic locations
- Supervise and develop clinic staff and contractors
- Ensure efficient patient registration, billing, and coding processes
- Coordinate staff training, orientation, and performance assessments
- Oversee electronic health record management and administrative compliance
Requirements for the Office Manager:
- At least 5 years of front office experience in healthcare
- Ability to make informed decisions under pressure, prioritizing urgent matters effectively
- Knowledge of EPIC for Electronic Health Records (EHR) and email systems
- Experience supervising, developing, and participating in staff training and orientation
- Skilled in managing registration, patient encounters, billing, coding, and revenue capture
