IDR is seeking a Contact Center Engineer to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves supporting the deployment and updates of NICE InContact Studio scripts across multiple US sites within a healthcare organization. The engineer will work on script modifications, system migrations, and may assist with employee training on the new contact center systems.
Position Overview for the Contact Center Engineer:
- Assist with the deployment and updating of NICE InContact Studio scripts across US healthcare sites.
- Support migration efforts from platforms like RingCentral to NICE CXone.
- Make design changes and troubleshoot scripts independently.
- Provide user training to ensure effective system usage.
- Collaborate closely with project leads to implement system updates and improvements.
Requirements for the Contact Center Engineer:
- Hands-on experience with NICE CXone / NICE InContact platform.
- Proficiency in creating, modifying, and troubleshooting CXone Studio scripts.
- Experience in migrating contact center systems from platforms such as RingCentral.
- Strong prioritization, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to make design changes and script updates independently within CXone Studio.
