IDR is seeking a Part-time Senior Project Manager to join one of our top clients in a remote capacity, preferably within the PST time zone. This role is pivotal in supporting our client's Site Turnup Initiative, which spans 18 domestic and international locations. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Senior Project Manager:
Serve as an integral part of our client's PMO team, driving the site turnup initiative across multiple locations.
Coordinate and gather essential site-related information from diverse stakeholders and sources.
Facilitate internal meetings to ensure alignment and collect requirements across various workstreams.
Collaborate closely with sales, presales, and project delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Act as the primary liaison between our client and project managers, tracking project requirements and deliverables.
Required Skills for Senior Project Manager:
Extensive experience in senior project management, particularly in coordinating complex, multi-site projects.
Proficient in stakeholder management and cross-functional communication.
Ability to gather requirements and manage information from multiple stakeholders effectively.
Strong organizational skills with the capability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
Experience with IT infrastructure, networking, facilities, security, or workplace technology projects.
