IDR is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager. The role involves leading and coordinating year-end technology initiatives across internal Mayo stakeholders and external consulting partners, ensuring successful execution of key activities, dependencies, and deliverables. This highly hands-on position requires project planning, meeting facilitation, action item management, status reporting, risk identification, and driving projects to completion. The role combines technical execution with stakeholder collaboration in a remote setting.
Position Overview for the Senior IT Project Manager:
- Lead and coordinate year-end technology initiatives across internal Mayo stakeholders and external consulting partners.
- Manage project planning, facilitate meetings, and oversee action items to ensure project milestones are met.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Track project progress, report status to stakeholders, and ensure deliverables align with goals.
- Operate independently with a focus on driving accountability within complex technical environments.
Requirements for the Senior IT Project Manager:
- Extensive IT project management experience and is comfortable operating independently while driving accountability across technical and business teams.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential.
- Experience working in Oracle and UKG environments is strongly preferred, along with a solid understanding of system integrations and enterprise applications.
- Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
- Experience with Smartsheet is preferred.
