IDR is seeking an Android Developer to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Bellevue, WA. This role involves supporting large-scale consumer-facing retail and e-commerce applications, focusing on native Android development with an emphasis on Kotlin and React Native. The company is a leader in the tech industry, committed to innovation and cutting-edge mobile solutions.
Position Overview for the Android Developer:
- Support the development and modernization of Android mobile applications in a fast-paced Agile environment.
- Collaborate on integration with APIs and backend services to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Contribute to project success supporting large-scale consumer-facing retail and e-commerce platforms.
- Utilize Kotlin and React Native to build and enhance mobile application functionality.
- Participate in app migration projects to improve framework support and platform capabilities.
Requirements for the Android Developer:
- Professional experience developing native Android mobile applications.
- Strong hands-on development experience with Kotlin.
- Experience with React Native.
- Strong understanding of Android application architecture and mobile development best practices.
- Experience integrating mobile applications with APIs and backend services.
