IDR is seeking an Epic Bridges Analyst. The role involves supporting healthcare interface and API initiatives with Epic EHR in a remote setting. The position combines hands-on work with collaboration across technical and operational teams to deliver integration solutions, maintain existing interfaces, and support testing and implementation activities.
Position Overview for the Epic Bridges Analyst:
Participate in interface and API implementation efforts across multiple initiatives.
Provide production support, issue investigation, and maintenance activities for existing integrations with Epic.
Collaborate with application, technical, and operational teams to deliver integration solutions.
Support testing, workflow analysis, and coordination of integration activities.
Assist in managing backlog items and maintaining service responsiveness.
Requirements for the Epic Bridges Analyst:
1+ years of experience supporting healthcare interfaces (HL7), APIs, or enterprise system integrations engines (e.g., Cloverleaf, ESB).
Experience supporting healthcare interfaces, APIs, or enterprise system integrations engines.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with requirements gathering, testing, implementation, and operational support.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Epic Bridges certification and FHIR Badge are required.
Any other Epic certifications are a plus.

$95 – $102/hour
