IDR is seeking a Leave of Absence Coordinator to join one of our top clients for an onsite opportunity in Rancho Mirage, CA. This role involves supporting employee leave programs within a healthcare-focused organization, ensuring compliance and effective management through coordinating leave processes and data.
Position Overview for the Leave of Absence Coordinator:
- Manage and coordinate employee leave of absence cases, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
- Serve as the point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on leave procedures and documentation.
- Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of leave data.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives related to leave administration.
Requirements for the Leave of Absence Coordinator:
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and HR information systems
- One (1) year of leave of absence administration experience; Healthcare experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines
- Detailed oriented
