IDR is seeking an Epic Application Systems Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Fort Worth, TX. This part-time role is ideal for professionals experienced in Epic Cadence, providing support and deployment of Epic systems within a healthcare or large enterprise environment. The position involves development, testing, and maintenance of systems, ensuring smooth application performance and integration.
Position Overview for the Epic Application Systems Analyst:
- Responsible for developing, testing, maintaining, installing, and deploying Epic technologies.
- Supports desktop and laptop Windows-based operating systems, hardware troubleshooting, and application monitoring.
- Provides consulting services to application development teams and/or customers regarding technology standards.
- Establishes and promotes standard architecture, hardware, and software components.
- Works on hardware and software support, system imaging, network, and telecommunications troubleshooting.
Requirements for the Epic Application Systems Analyst:
- Epic Cadence Certification.
- 3+ years of experience (flexible based on individual qualifications).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience supporting Windows-based operating systems, hardware troubleshooting, and system monitoring.
- Ability to troubleshoot Microsoft Office, Exchange, Active Directory, group policies, and network issues.
