IDR is seeking a Payables Specialist to join one of our top clients for an on-site opportunity in Midvale, UT. This role involves managing invoice processing and data validation within an accounts payable environment for a prominent organization in the industry. The position offers an excellent chance to contribute to a dynamic team and gain valuable experience in financial operations.
Position Overview for the Payables Specialist:
- Manage the accurate entry of invoice data into accounting systems.
- Validate data and detect errors to ensure accuracy in accounts payable processing.
- Utilize dual monitors and data entry skills to efficiently handle high-volume transactions.
- Maintain high attention to detail throughout all tasks.
- Support the company’s financial operations with a focus on data integrity.
Requirements for the Payables Specialist:
- True AP experienced candidates only
- HS diploma or GED
- Data validation and error detection/correction
- Accurate entry of invoice data into accounting systems
- High attention to details
