IDR is seeking a Part-Time Conventions Coordinator II to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Auburn, MA. This role is vital in coordinating and managing company events, including conventions, grants, and exhibits, ensuring seamless execution and inventory management within a fast-paced environment.
Position Overview for the Part-Time Conventions Coordinator II
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate events, conventions, and exhibits.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and logistics to ensure smooth event operations.
- Manage inventory requests, confirm product availability, and track all logistics through the internal system and SAP.
- Assist in process improvements, system updates, and compliance to enhance department efficiency.
- Maintain detailed records of events, shipments, and inventory, handling multiple requests daily with accuracy.
Requirements for the Part-Time Conventions Coordinator II :
- High school diploma or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in high-volume customer service or order management.
- Familiarity with inventory management, event planning, or related fields.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with SAP and Microsoft Access highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and problem-solve creatively.
