IDR is seeking a ORC Project Manager to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Dallas, TX. This role is responsible for leading the implementation of Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) during a migration from Oracle Taleo Enterprise Edition. The position involves managing complex, cross-functional initiatives within the HR, IT, and vendor teams to ensure a successful deployment and stabilization.
Position Overview for the ORC Project Manager:
- Lead the full lifecycle of the Oracle Recruiting Cloud implementation, from initiation through post-go-live support.
- Coordinate among HR, IT, and external vendors to ensure project goals are achieved on time and within scope.
- Establish governance structures, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and communicate progress to senior leadership.
- Oversee data migration activities and manage testing, cutover planning, and stabilization efforts.
- Drive accountability across multiple teams and ensure milestones are met effectively.
Requirements for the ORC Project Manager:
- Experience managing HR system implementations end-to-end, from initiation through post-go-live stabilization.
- Managing complex, cross-functional initiatives involving HR, IT, and external implementation vendors.
- Familiarity with HR processes including talent acquisition, onboarding, and hiring manager workflows.
- Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud implementations strongly preferred; hands-on Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) experience is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with Oracle Taleo Enterprise Edition, particularly in a migration or decommission context, is highly desirable.
