IDR is seeking a HR Generalist to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Sunnyvale. This role supports the human resources operations within a healthcare organization, focusing on onboarding, compliance, and employee record management to ensure a smooth employee experience.
Position Overview for the HR Generalist:
- Manage new hire onboarding and orientation, including HR compliance and required documentation.
- Perform high-volume data entry and data cleanup within the Oracle HRIS.
- Maintain accurate employee records and manually process HRIS updates and transactions.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees needing forms, documentation, or additional information.
- Support employee experience initiatives, reporting, and HR projects as needed.
Requirements for the HR Generalist:
- 2+ years of HR experience, with prior experience in a healthcare or hospital environment required.
- 2+ years of experience with HRIS Oracle experience.
- 2+ years with new hire onboarding, orientation, and HR compliance.
- Experience verifying licenses, certifications, education, and required documentation.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
