IDR is seeking an Integrated Eligibility (IE) QA Tester to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves supporting state government systems, focusing on testing complex enterprise applications to ensure quality and functionality. It offers the chance to work in a vital public sector project, utilizing your QA expertise to enhance system performance and reliability.
Position Overview for the Integrated Eligibility (IE) QA Tester:
- Perform functional, regression, and end-to-end testing for enhancements and maintenance releases across Maine’s Eligibility and Enrollment systems.
- Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts based on functional and business requirements.
- Create and maintain test data needed to validate application functionality.
- Identify, document, track, and triage defects through resolution.
- Collaborate with functional and development teams to analyze requirements, troubleshoot issues, and support defect resolution.
Requirements for the Integrated Eligibility (IE) QA Tester:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Integrated Eligibility (IE) systems.
- Strong experience with functional testing of complex enterprise applications.
- Experience developing and executing test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.
- Experience creating and managing test data for functional validation.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA/testing methodologies.
