IDR is seeking a Procurement Program Manager – Coupa to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Denver or Minneapolis. This role involves leading a Coupa procurement catalog implementation as part of a larger ERP transformation initiative, working closely with Supply Chain, IT, Sourcing, and other stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing complex cross-functional programs, with a strong focus on procurement and ERP systems in a supply chain environment.
Position Overview for the Procurement Program Manager – Coupa:
- Lead the Coupa procurement catalog implementation across multiple workstreams.
- Coordinate Supply Chain, IT, Sourcing, and potentially Finance and Legal stakeholders.
- Drive program execution, timelines, dependencies, and day-to-day coordination.
- Align stakeholder needs with program objectives and facilitate issue resolution.
- Track program progress and keep workstreams on schedule through implementation and go-live.
Requirements for the Procurement Program Manager – Coupa:
- Strong program management experience.
- Experience leading procurement catalog or supplier enablement programs through go-live.
- Strong Coupa experience.
- Experience with procure-to-pay processes and procurement/ERP integrations.
- Experience supporting ERP transformation initiatives.
