IDR is seeking a Provider Demographic Management Coordinator to join one of our top clients for an onsite opportunity in Fountain Valley, CA. This role is integral to maintaining and managing healthcare provider data, supporting healthcare plans and provider networks with accurate and up-to-date information.
Position Overview for the Provider Demographic Management Coordinator:
- Maintain and validate provider rosters, directories, and demographic information.
- Process and track health plan provider adds, changes, and terminations.
- Ensure provider information is accurately updated across internal systems and websites.
- Generate and maintain monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual provider reports/rosters.
- Support Provider Relations and Network Operations with provider data requests.
Requirements for the Provider Demographic Management Coordinator:
- 2–4 years of healthcare experience, preferably in managed care or healthcare information systems.
- Experience working with provider demographic data, rosters, directories, or network information.
- Experience with healthcare regulatory requirements such as CMS, NCQA, DMHC, DHCS, or ICE preferred.
- Strong Excel and Access skills; comfortable working with databases and data.
- Epic or another managed care/provider portal system preferred.
