IDR is seeking an Sr Business Analyst to join one of our top clients in Coppell, Tx. PM will have to attend status meeting run by Deloitte, coordinate and maybe facilitate business design workshops, chase down RAID items, define and document user acceptance testing scenarios and signoff criteria, user acceptance activities and defect management, cutover, deployment and validation activities, transition/ user adoption activities.
Required Skills for the Sr Business Analyst:
- 5+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst supporting IT project delivery in an enterprise environment
- 5+ years of experience in Agile delivery – backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
- 3+ years of experience working with ServiceNow (requirements, stakeholder intake, and delivery support across ServiceNow products/modules).
- 3+ years of experience translating business needs into well-defined user stories and clear acceptance criteria (partnering closely with developers and QA/testers to remove ambiguity)
- Strong experience leading stakeholder engagement and requirements workshops independently
