IDR is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves supporting the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing strategies within a healthcare environment, helping to increase patient engagement and brand awareness.
Position Overview for the Marketing Specialist
- Assist with the planning and execution of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive patient volume, referrals, and brand awareness.
- Partner with Digital Marketing and Communications teams to develop and launch marketing initiatives.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to inform marketing strategies.
- Attend client and stakeholder meetings to understand service line goals and coordinate campaign execution.
- Track campaign budgets and measure marketing performance and success.
Requirements for the Marketing Specialist
- 1–5 years of broad marketing experience (internships can count if relevant).
- Experience coordinating marketing campaigns from planning through execution.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders.
- Comfortable tracking budgets, timelines, and campaign performance.
