IDR is seeking a Marketing Specialist. This position combines hands-on work with collaboration and strategic influence, working with tools such as AI, Adobe Suite, and Agile processes. The role requires working across multiple sites and interfacing with healthcare practices, providing a dynamic environment for an experienced marketer.
Position Overview for the Marketing Specialist:
- Drive the strategic evaluation and tactical execution of marketing activities to support Mayo Clinic’s mission and business objectives.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns across digital, print, and media channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create content, collateral, and digital assets.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Support the use of AI tools, Adobe Suite, and Agile processes to enhance marketing efforts.
Requirements for the Marketing Specialist:
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong academic background in a related field such as marketing, healthcare, or business.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience working with AI tools and Adobe Suite.
- Knowledge of Agile processes is preferred.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment within driving distance of Jacksonville, FL.
