IDR is seeking a Marketing Specialist. The role is fully remote. In this position, you will drive, implement, monitor, and measure the results of marketing activities to support the organization’s mission, strategic plan, and business objectives. You will be involved in the strategic evaluation and tactical execution of marketing initiatives, including advertising, digital marketing, media buying, and content assessment. This role combines hands-on work with strategic counseling and requires comfort with a changing environment.
Position Overview for the Marketing Specialist:
- Drive, implement, and monitor marketing activities to support organizational goals.
- Evaluate and execute digital marketing strategies, including content and media buying.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Utilize tools such as AI, Adobe Suite, and Agile processes to enhance marketing efforts.
Requirements for the Marketing Specialist:
- 3+ years of digital marketing experience in total.
- A bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance in a related field such as marketing, business, healthcare, or liberal arts.
- Experience working with AI tools (specify which ones if applicable).
- Proficiency with Adobe Suite tools.
- Knowledge of Agile processes and experience working with large enterprises preferred.

Compensation Range: $38 – $40/hour
