IDR is seeking a Google Marketing Specialist. The role involves driving, implementing, monitoring, and measuring the results of marketing activities to advance Mayo Clinic’s mission, strategic plan, and business objectives. Based in Rochester, Minnesota, and fully remote, this position includes responsibilities related to strategic evaluation and tactical execution of digital marketing, advertising, media buying, and content assessment. The Digital Specialist will combine hands-on work with strategic counseling and collaboration within a dynamic environment.
Position Overview for the Google Marketing Specialist:
- Drive, implement, monitor, and measure results of marketing activities to support organizational objectives.
- Contribute to content assessment and digital marketing strategies.
- Utilize tools such as Google and Meta advertising platforms for campaign management.
- Support the strategic evaluation and tactical planning of marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize and execute multiple projects efficiently.
Requirements for the Google Marketing Specialist:
- 3+ years of digital marketing experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as liberal arts, business, marketing, healthcare, or similar.
- Experience with Google and Meta advertising tools.
- Knowledge of Agile processes is preferred.
- Must have healthcare industry experience and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Compensation Range: $38 – $40/hour
