IDR is seeking a Marketing Analytics Analyst to join one of our top clients for a hybrid opportunity in Memphis, TN. This role focuses on providing strategic analytics and measurement support within a leading organization in the nonprofit or marketing services industry. The position involves applying advanced analytical techniques, experimentation methodologies, and measurement frameworks to evaluate marketing investments and guide decision-making.
Position Overview for the Marketing Analytics Analyst:
- Serve as a strategic analytics and measurement partner within the Marketing Analytics organization.
- Apply advanced analytical techniques, experimentation methodologies, and measurement frameworks to assess marketing effectiveness.
- Translate complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
- Support enterprise marketing measurement initiatives, including incrementality testing, attribution interpretation, and audience analytics.
- Collaborate closely with various marketing and data teams to ensure trusted, consistent measurement practices.
Requirements for the Marketing Analytics Analyst:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Marketing Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in analytics, marketing analytics, performance measurement, or business intelligence.
- Experience analyzing and interpreting marketing performance across digital and traditional channels.
- Strong understanding of experimentation, measurement methodologies, and statistical concepts.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex analyses through visualization tools and platforms.
