IDR is seeking a Business System Analyst III to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Denver or Minneapolis. This role supports the Service Management Organization within a highly regulated industry, focusing on bridging business needs with technical ServiceNow solutions and enhancing service delivery processes.
Position Overview for the Business System Analyst III:
- Support the Service Management Organization by acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Translate complex business requirements into functional solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
- Facilitate requirements sessions, develop user stories, and collaborate on process improvements.
- Assist in backlog management, Agile delivery, and change management activities.
- Support implementation, testing, and post-go-live support for ServiceNow projects.
Requirements for the Business System Analyst III:
- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst from highly regulated industries.
- Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow modules, particularly ITSM, Service Catalog, BCM, SecOps, SPM, HRSD, or Automation.
- Strong understanding of ITIL / IT Service Management processes.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and technical teams.
- Experience working within Agile methodologies, including backlog management and governance.
