IDR is seeking a Concur Expense Analyst to join one of our top clients for a part-time opportunity in Brentwood, TN. This role involves managing and supporting the company’s expense management system for a large organization, ensuring policy compliance, and providing technical support to users.
Position Overview for the Concur Expense Analyst:
- Serves as the primary administrator and point of contact for the Concur expense management system supporting a company of 1000+ employees.
- Reviews reimbursement requests for compliance with travel and expense policies, maintains employee and approver data, and trains users on the system.
- Supports system upgrades, implementations, and special projects in partnership with the Accounting Manager.
- Troubleshoots and resolves system issues, including access problems and workflow errors.
- Builds effective relationships across all organizational levels while delivering high-quality customer service.
Requirements for the Concur Expense Analyst:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience administering an expense management system for a large employee population.
- Concur experience is a plus.
- Ability to navigate, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues including user access and workflow routing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups).
