IDR is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Louisville, Kentucky. This role involves precise data input and management within a healthcare environment, supporting the organization’s electronic medical records system. The position requires attention to detail and the ability to perform efficiently under time-sensitive situations.
Position Overview for the Data Entry Specialist
- Responsible for entering physician and facility information into the HCHB EMR system
- Ensures data accuracy, completeness, and adherence to production standards
- Collaborates with team members to maintain high-quality data entry processes
- Works onsite weekdays from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday
- Supports healthcare data management initiatives by maintaining precise records
Requirements for the Data Entry Specialist:
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under various time-sensitive conditions
- Experience with MS Office applications such as Outlook and Teams is preferred
- Prior experience with healthcare or EMR systems is a plus
- Comfortable working onsite in Louisville, KY
