IDR is seeking an AV Lead Engineer to join one of our top clients in New York, NY. This role involves spearheading the design and engineering of a central rack room and a digital AV ST2110 network that supports multiple event spaces. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the AV Lead Engineer:
- Lead the technical design and engineering efforts for the central rack room and AV infrastructure.
- Develop comprehensive system architecture and signal flow diagrams.
- Specify and validate AV hardware, software, and network components to ensure optimal performance.
- Oversee integration requirements and conduct interoperability testing to ensure seamless operation.
- Ensure the scalability and future-proofing of the AV environment to meet evolving needs.
Required Skills for AV Lead Engineer:
- Proficiency in ST2110 and advanced broadcasting technologies.
- Strong expertise in AV architecture and networked media systems.
- Experience in systems integration and technical documentation.
- Proven ability to lead complex AV system design and engineering projects.
- Hands-on experience with IPTV and related technologies.
