IDR is seeking a Workday Analyst to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves supporting HR systems, troubleshooting issues, and conducting system maintenance to ensure seamless HR operations within a dynamic industry environment.

Position Overview for the Workday Analyst:

• Provide application support and troubleshoot issues related to Workday HCM.
• Perform system maintenance, audits, and security updates.
• Develop test scripts, execute testing, and ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate across departments to support HR system users and functional teams.
• Act as a liaison between end users, functional teams, and IT to optimize system performance.

Requirements for the Workday Analyst:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or a combination of education and experience.
• Workday experience required, with configuration experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a functional analyst.
• At least 1 year of experience writing and executing test scripts.
• Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills.
