IDR is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Houston, TX or Princeton, NJ. This role involves leading strategic enterprise transformation programs within the energy or utilities sector, focusing on process modernization, technology enablement, and customer experience improvements. The Senior Program Manager will serve as a key leader overseeing complex, multi-year initiatives that involve cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
Position Overview for the Senior Program Manager:
- Lead the planning, execution, and governance of a large-scale Lead-to-Cash transformation program.
- Orchestrate multiple interconnected workstreams across business and technology teams.
- Drive alignment of transformation initiatives with enterprise objectives and ensure successful delivery.
- Partner with executive sponsors and functional leaders to provide leadership, transparency, and disciplined execution.
- Facilitate decision-making, risk management, and stakeholder engagement throughout the program lifecycle.
Requirements for the Senior Program Manager:
- 8+ years of progressive program management experience leading large-scale enterprise initiatives.
- Demonstrated success managing complex programs with multiple concurrent workstreams, dependencies, and stakeholders.
- Experience leading business and technology transformation initiatives in highly matrixed organizations.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
- Proven experience facilitating executive governance, steering committees, and leadership decision-making forums.
