IDR is seeking a Sr Software Developer to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role offers the chance to work on critical public health systems supporting various federal projects, with a focus on system design and development using .NET technologies. The position is ideal for experienced developers looking to contribute to impactful projects in a collaborative environment.
Position Overview for the Sr Software Developer:
- Build and unit test custom components supporting the client’s portfolio of applications.
- Collaborate closely with functional leads and application architects to analyze requirements and develop effective programming solutions.
- Lead and mentor junior developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards and performing code reviews.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, implementation, deployment, and operational support.
- Support short-term projects developed in ASP.Net, through March 2027.
Requirements for the Sr Software Developer:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft .Net & Azure technologies.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft C#.
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Azure DevOps.
- Ability to work EST hours in a remote setting, with security clearance of tier 2 public trust.
