IDR is seeking a Project Manager to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Addison, Texas. This role supports a rapidly growing company specializing in sustainable data center development, focusing on community impact and innovative infrastructure solutions. The Project Manager will oversee cross-functional projects, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery within budget and timeline.
Position Overview for the Project Manager:
- Partner with corporate development and PMO teams to drive projects through completion.
- Manage, lead, and assist on all assigned projects within the PMO, including land acquisition and cross-functional initiatives.
- Coordinate all personnel involved in developing opportunities and signing customer agreements, ensuring adherence to in-country requirements.
- Collaborate with design and delivery teams to facilitate hand-offs and project execution.
- Maintain relationships with in-country partners and internal teams to support project success.
Requirements for the Project Manager:
- 3+ years experience managing multiple projects ranging from several hundred to several thousand man-hours.
- At least 3 years supporting multiple business units such as land acquisition, real estate, finance, data center design, operations, sales, or procurement.
- Flexible and adaptable in managing project timelines, stakeholders, and budgets.
- Experience supporting cross-functional projects with a focus on collaboration and communication.
