IDR is seeking a Senior Oracle RAC Database Administrator to join one of our top clients for a fully remote opportunity. This role involves supporting enterprise Oracle database environments, with a primary focus on Oracle RAC infrastructure, within a large-scale enterprise setting. The organization operates in the technology and consulting industry, and this position offers an excellent chance to work with cutting-edge database and application server solutions.

Position Overview for the Senior Oracle RAC Database Administrator:

Administer and maintain Oracle RAC production environments to ensure high availability and performance
Support PeopleSoft databases and application servers, including configuration and troubleshooting
Configure and maintain GoldenGate replication and Oracle Data Guard for disaster recovery
Monitor, patch, tune, and troubleshoot Oracle databases to optimize performance and security
Partner with infrastructure, application, storage, and network teams to support enterprise-level database solutions

Requirements for the Senior Oracle RAC Database Administrator:

5+ years of Oracle Database Administration experience
Strong Oracle RAC infrastructure experience – primary skill
Oracle 19c or higher
Unix / Linux experience
Must be a U.S. Citizen
