IDR is seeking a Benefits Specialist to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Brentwood, Tennessee. This role involves supporting benefits operations with a focus on internal support, including responding to team member questions, assisting with paperwork and reporting, and supporting virtual new-hire webinars. The position offers a flexible work environment and the chance to be part of a growth-oriented team within a dynamic organization.
Position Overview for the Benefits Specialist:
- Support benefits operations with a focus on internal benefits support and administrative tasks.
- Respond to team member questions and concerns primarily via email and Teams chat.
- Assist with paperwork, reporting, and administrative follow-through.
- Support and sometimes present at virtual new-hire benefit webinars.
- Provide behind-the-scenes support with a benefits-heavy workload in a mostly remote environment.
Requirements for the Benefits Specialist:
- Understand benefits/insurance terminology and have experience in benefits administration.
- Approximately 2+ years of HR/benefits experience.
- Comfortable working in a mostly remote setting and collaborating cross-functionally.
- Proficient in written communication and handling employee questions professionally.
- Ability to support webinars and presentations, capable of supporting fast-turnaround sessions.
