IDR is seeking a Human Resource Coordinator to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Nashville, TN. This role involves serving as the first point of contact for HR inquiries, providing Tier 1 support to employees, and ensuring HR compliance through various administrative and audit-related tasks. It offers the chance to work within a dynamic team environment and gain experience in HR processes and systems.
Position Overview for the Human Resource Coordinator :
- Serve as the initial contact for HR inquiries, supporting employees via phone, email, and Workday Help platform.
- Assist with HR processes such as onboarding, benefits enrollment, and maintaining employee data integrity.
- Support compliance activities including I-9 audits, labor law poster updates, and HR-related documentation.
- Contribute to process improvements by identifying recurrent issues and sharing insights with HR teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams on HR system testing and support tasks to ensure functionality.
Requirements for the Human Resource Coordinator :
- High School Diploma/GED.
- 1+ years of related experience.
- Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP functions, and general system knowledge.
- Strong customer service and HR support skills, with the ability to handle routine inquiries effectively.
- Basic understanding of HRIS systems, compliance, and data management.
