IDR is seeking a Senior BA – Workday Benefits Integration Support to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Atlanta, GA. This role involves supporting the stabilization and troubleshooting of Workday-to-benefits-provider integrations within a dynamic HCM environment. The position offers a chance to work with complex integration systems and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.

Position Overview for the Senior BA – Workday Benefits Integration Support:

Analyze and troubleshoot Workday-to-benefits-provider integrations and the data exchanged between systems.
Trace employee lifecycle, benefits, and payroll-related transactions end-to-end, including hires, transfers, job changes, and terminations.
Investigate reported discrepancies, identify root causes, and determine if issues stem from data, configuration, logic, or processing.
Review integration outputs, logs, reports, and provider responses to pinpoint origins of issues.
Collaborate with benefits subject matter experts, Workday teams, and external stakeholders to validate findings and implement resolutions.

Requirements for the Senior BA – Workday Benefits Integration Support:

Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst supporting HCM ERP implementations, production stabilization, or complex system integrations.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, capable of following data and transactions across multiple systems.
Experience analyzing integration data, mappings, transformation rules, logs, and reports.
Ability to understand complex business processes and translate inquiries into technical investigations.
Strong communication skills to explain findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
