IDR is seeking a IT Delivery Manager III to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. In this role, you will lead highly technical delivery across automation and artificial intelligence initiatives within an Application Infrastructure and Operations (AIO) organization. This position is ideal for a hands-on technical leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, coordinating cross-functional teams while providing clear visibility to leadership on milestones and outcomes.

Position Overview for the IT Delivery Manager III:

  • Lead the execution of automation and AI initiatives, driving day-to-day coordination, milestone tracking, and operational delivery
  • Serve as the delivery driver for an agentic AIOps orchestrator, managing timelines, dependencies, and integration milestones
  • Oversee infrastructure automation programs, including password reset automation and monitoring/alerting/self-healing workflows
  • Partner with engineering and operations teams to align delivery outcomes with broader reliability and resilience goals
  • Provide strategic stakeholder communication and high-level status visibility to leadership across multiple workstreams

Requirements for the IT Delivery Manager III:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience leading complex technical projects, infrastructure rollouts, product delivery, or software delivery in a global or multi-regional enterprise environment
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Dynatrace, Splunk, Cloudwatch), CI/CD pipeline automation, and AI/ML deployments
  • Deep familiarity with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and DevOps principles, including automated testing and cloud automation frameworks
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to operate autonomously and coordinate multiple cross-functional teams to deliver on critical initiatives
