IDR is seeking a Executive Assistant to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Louisville, CO. In this role, you’ll provide high-impact administrative support to multiple C-level leaders within a fast-growing, dynamic organization. This is a highly visible position where strong calendar management, complex travel coordination, and adaptability are key to keeping executive priorities moving forward.
Position Overview for the Executive Assistant:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support for multiple C-level executives, ensuring priorities and schedules stay aligned.
- Coordinate complex calendars across multiple time zones, including meetings with board members, investors, and cross-functional leaders.
- Arrange and manage detailed domestic and international travel itineraries, adjusting plans quickly as business needs shift.
- Serve as a trusted partner to executives by anticipating needs, tracking action items, and supporting meeting preparedness.
- Work onsite daily and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
Requirements for the Executive Assistant:
- 4+ years of experience coordinating executive travel and scheduling, including complex calendars
- Proven experience directly supporting C-level executives in an Executive Assistant capacity
- Strong ability to operate effectively in a fast-growing organization and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience coordinating schedules across US, UK, and AUS time zones
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
