IDR is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Memphis, TN. This role supports a mission-driven organization in the nonprofit/healthcare space by bringing the brand to life through meaningful donor-facing experiences. You will help design and execute integrated marketing campaigns and event experiences that deepen engagement and strengthen brand loyalty.
Position Overview for the Experience Marketing Specialist:
- Support the development and execution of experience marketing strategies aligned to business objectives
- Partner cross-functionally with teams such as Marketing, IT, Digital, and Experiential to deliver cohesive campaigns
- Plan, coordinate, and implement events to deliver seamless, high-impact attendee experiences
- Analyze event performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Provide marketing oversight and event support for a portfolio of 25+ events, serving as a primary marketing point of contact for event staff
Requirements for the Experience Marketing Specialist:
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, event management, or experiential marketing
- Proven ability to manage large-scale events and multi-channel campaigns
- Strong project management skills and comfort working in a matrixed organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation development
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
