IDR is seeking a HR Generalist to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Boston, MA . In this role, you will provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the HR team while helping execute employee lifecycle activities and core HR processes. This is an exciting chance to contribute within a fast-paced, industry-leading organization while partnering cross-functionally to keep HR initiatives running smoothly.
Position Overview for the HR Generalist:
- Provide administrative and operational support to the HR team and HR Business Partners across day-to-day HR activities.
- Support employee lifecycle processes including promotions, transfers, organizational changes, and offboarding.
- Maintain accurate HR documentation, employee records, and data integrity through audits and reporting support.
- Coordinate HR communications, meetings, and follow-up actions, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
- Partner with Payroll, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and IT to support and improve HR processes.
Requirements for the HR Generalist :
- 3 + years of HR experience in an HR coordinator, HR generalist, or HR operations role
- Solid understanding of core HR processes (onboarding, employee changes, offboarding, performance cycles, compensation/Benefits)
- Experience working with Workday – creating Workday tickets
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office – Excel. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data and documentation
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
