IDR is seeking a HCM Peoplesoft Business Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Suwanee, GA. This role supports a large, fast-paced organization where PeopleSoft HCM is critical to day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate is highly technical, can start quickly, and will play a key role in hands-on development and knowledge transfer.

Position Overview for the HCM Peoplesoft Business Analyst:

Deliver hands-on technical development and enhancements within PeopleSoft HCM in a long-term environment
Support HR business functions with a focus on Benefits and Compensation processes and related system configuration
Participate in knowledge transfer activities and help document business-specific processes and technical solutions
Partner with functional users to translate needs into technical designs and explain system behavior in clear, user-friendly terms
Work onsite initially and collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality delivery

Requirements for the HCM Peoplesoft Business Analyst :

8+ years of PeopleSoft HCM experience in a highly technical, hands-on capacity
Active PeopleSoft coding experience (not solely functional support or traditional BA responsibilities)
Experience supporting PeopleSoft HCM Benefits and Compensation modules/processes
Experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 (preferred) or PeopleSoft 8.6+
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
