IDR is seeking a Workday Reporting Specialist to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Dallas, Texas. This role involves designing, building, testing, and deploying Workday reports, supporting data governance, and working closely with business experts and functional leads to meet reporting needs. It is an ideal position for those with strong experience in Workday HCM reporting and analytics, looking to contribute to a dynamic organization within the HR technology space.
Position Overview for the Workday Reportign Specialist:
- Responsible for all activities related to the design, build, test, and deployment of Workday reports.
- Collaborates with Workday Functional Leads and business SMEs to gather reporting requirements.
- Works with the Talent Analytics Manager to understand reporting impacts and solutions.
- Analyzes existing Workday reports to determine reusability or need for custom report creation.
- Supports establishing reporting standards and data governance practices.
Requirements for the Workday Reportign Specialist:
- 5+ years of Workday HCM Reporting experience with hands-on expertise in Workday Report Writer.
- Proficiency in building Calculated Fields, Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and Trending Reports.
- Experience with Workday Dashboards, Embedded Analytics, and HCM modules like Recruiting, Core HR, Compensation, Payroll, and Benefits.
- Strong requirements gathering, report development, testing, optimization, and troubleshooting skills.
- SQL proficiency and experience validating data across multiple sources.
